The shell is Columbia's Nexegen contour-bonded soft shell — wind- and water-resistant — over a chamois-touch tricot lining that adds warmth without bulk. Zippered chest and hand pockets lock down essentials; an abrasion-resistant chin guard saves the zipper from your jaw; adjustable cuffs and a drawcord hem dial in the fit.
